On December 27, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), AeroThrust Corporation and AeroThrust Engine Leasing Holding Company, LLC (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Bifferato, LLC and Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.
On January 14, 2010, the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102. The Committee consists of six members; Lufthansa Technik AG, International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, Avioserv San Diego, Inc., Tran Logistics, LLC, Phoenix Composite Solutions, LLC and Celsius Holdings Delaware Corporation. The Committee has selected Gray Robinson, P.A. and Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. as its counsel. Russell C. Silberglied, Jason M. Madron, Andrew C. Irgens, Robert Schatzman and Steven Solomon are the principal attorneys responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Debtors and the Committee in providing access to information, as well as to solicit and receive comments from creditors and other interested parties.
