On July 9, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Electroglas, Inc. and one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Electroglas International, Inc. (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Chapter 11 Cases are being jointly administered under case no.09-12416 Electroglas, Inc. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their property as debtors-in-possession. This website was created to assist the Debtors in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
