On September 14, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Downey Regional Medical Center-Hospital, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its property as a debtor-in-possession.
