On December 8, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Headlee Management Corporation et al. and fifteen of its subsidiaries (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Tarter, Krinsky & Drogin, LLP. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.
On January 21, 2010 the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102. On February 4, 2010 the United States Trustee appointed the amended Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102. The Committee consists of four members; FECP Headlee Newburg Management Investors, Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc., Cross Landscaping & Lawn Care, Inc. and Southern Mechanical Air & Refrigeration, LLC. The Committee has selected Fox Rothschild, LLP as its counsel. Fred Stevens is the principal attorney responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing access to information to other creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
