On September 18, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Thelen, LLP (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The appointed Chapter 7 Trustee for the Debtor is Yann Geron. This website was created to assist the Trustee in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
