On September 28, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Vectrix Corporation (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its property as a debtor-in-possession. This website was created to assist the Debtor in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
